Toy Sales AARRGGGHHH!!!
Being a mum myself I understand that this time of year is the best time to nab a bargain and stock up on birthday and Christmas presents as Kmart, Big W, Target and Myer all hold their annual monster toy sales. Finding the time to do this (and without the kids in tow) can be one of the biggest challenges.
If you are like most bargain hunters, you sit down, peruse the catalogues for the best bargains, make your list and are all chuffed with how organised you are! But, then comes the fight through hundreds of people who are all doing the same thing. You never thought that the new Transformers Bumblebee helmet or Hannah Montana Movie Doll could be that popular! Finally you have everything you need, are feeling a bit frazzled, but are comforted by the thought of a relaxing cuppa after such 'fun retail therapy'!! You get ready to make a quick escape only to discover that the line at the registers is 20 deep and the Layby line is at least 50 deep. So much for the cuppa! Then you have to do it all again at the next shop because they have something else on sale that you need too!
Wouldn't it be much easier if all you had to do was make your list and the rest just magically happened for you?
