Is Hectic Helpers right for you?

I work with smart, energetic Brisbane women who are usually balancing two, three or more different roles and responsibilities in their busy lives.

How many of these roles apply to you? Business owner / mother / carer / corporate leader / charity volunteer / wife / community activist / home manager / friend / family mediator / social events organiser.

Point is, you're stretched to the limit – taking care of everyone else, giving 110% to your creative and work projects, trying to squeeze in a little time (maybe) for self-care, still feeling guilty about what you're not getting done.

Any of this sound familiar?

You're running your own business, pursuing your dream, but too often it's more like a nightmare. Work blends into life and it feels like you have to be 'switched on' 24/7. There's so many competing priorities you're never sure where to start and when to finish. What you really need is some quiet time and clear head space to think about your big vision and how to get there.

You're a corporate leader, and although you love the challenge and achievement, it sometimes feels like the cost is too high. After a day packed with negotiations, problem-solving and big picture thinking, you come home ready to relax... yet there's always a long list of to-dos waiting for you. It's the ordinary, everyday stuff that has to get done – you just wish it wasn't always up to you to do it.

You're a mum and home manager, cherishing the time you have with your kids, but hating the feeling of being pulled in in a hundred directions at once. Everyone seems to think you've got time to kill and are available 24/7 –  to help at the school, to take care of  family and friends, to be involved in community groups, to support your partner's career or business. If only you had a little time to take off the 'super-mum' cape and take care of you.

Stop. Take a breath.

Imagine what it might be like to release the burden of being everything to everyone. Of trying to do everything, perfectly, all by yourself.

It doesn't have to be difficult or expensive to get the time and space you're craving.

I can help. But I first I need to ask...

Are you right for Hectic Helpers?

My Brisbane-based lifestyle management service is not for everyone.

We can get you the time and space you need to focus on what really matters in your life. But to be successful, you need to be ready to:

  • recognise the value of your own time and do what it takes to make the most of it
  • commit to an ongoing partnership where I get to know you and your family, so I can respond to your needs instinctively, seamlessly and unobtrusively
  • release the need to do everything yourself and savour the benefits of having a true partner who anticipates what needs to be done, and gets it done without the fuss.

Think we could be a good fit? Let's talk!

Wondering how we might work together? Check out your new life.

I cannot overstate the value of having you as my Lifestyle Manager. When I moved overseas with less than one week notice, I never thought I would find someone I could trust to manage my tax, investment properties, and mail and be the first point of contact for any business back in Australia to the same level I would. Your professionalism, good judgement and very efficient approach have saved me time, money and sanity. I am grateful for your hard work and I would be pleased to recommend your services to anyone in the future.
